5 Tips for an Easier Morning:

In the whirlwind of motherhood, there are several things you can do each morning to help set the tone for a harmonious day. Here's my minimalist approach designed for busy moms, integrating one of my popular daily non-negotiables that I discuss in depth in my course and book. Let's embrace the tranquility within the chaos:

1. Mindful Modeh Ani: Start your day with Graditude to Hashem. Resist the urge to check your phone immediately. Instead, take a few moments to thank Hashem, breeth deeply, and express gratitude for the new day, which will set your day up for a positive intention.

2. Make Your Bed: Create a sense of calm by always making your bed as soon as you get up, which will create a serene environment, for the entire day. The simple act of making your bed will have a ripple effect on your positivity throughout the day. This is a daily NON-NEGOTAIBLE and every member of your family should be expected to make their beds.

3. Capsule Wardrobe: Simplify your family's morning decisions by adopting a capsule wardrobe. Than, each evening select the following days outfit, preparing every item head to toe, minimizing choices and streamlining everyones morning routine. I teach about this in depth in my course and book.

4. Nourishing Start: Fuel your family. Opt for simple, quick options like smoothies or overnight or instant oats. Prioritize whole, nutritious foods for sustained energy throughout the day.

5. Tech-Free Transition: Create a tech-free buffer between waking up and diving into digital distractions. Delay checking emails and social media, allowing for a quiet and focused beginning to your day. This is a big part of my course- living as hands free as possible. For more information on that, read the amazing book "Hands Free Mama". I highly highly reccomend this book! You can also read my book review by clicking here.

These five minimalist morning routine tips, offer a pathway to a more intentional and tranquil start for all you busy moms. Embrace these practices, adjust them to fit your lifestyle, and may your mornings be infused with simplicity and serenity.
