Stocking Up—Is It Hypocritical?!

One of my amazing students texted me, saying she feels like a total hypocrite for stocking up on a bunch of consumables during a crazy Pesach sale.

And I told her. this is NOT hypocritical at all! 🚨

If you’re saving a crazy amount of money on things you’ll actually use, that’s just called being financially smart. 💰

Minimalism isn’t about depriving yourself—it’s about being intentional.

And making a smart financial decision? That’s intentional!

Of course… you do need somewhere to put the boxes. 📦

But since you’re all frum minimalists, I’m sure you’ve got that covered lol. 😆

The Frum Minimalism Approach to Stocking Up

I go into the topic of consumables a LOT in my course and my book, but here’s the bottom line:

✔️ If you have the emotional and mental space for it

✔️ If you have the physical space for it

✔️ If you’re truly saving money

👉 Go ahead and stock up!

BUT… remember this Frum Minimalism fundamental:

🛒 Let the stores do the storing for you.

Your home is NOT a storage facility!

So only stock up if you know for sure you’ll use the items.

Pesach Sales Are Here! 🏷️

A lot of frum communities have huge sales right now to help families stock up before Pesach! 🍷

Here are some consumables you might want to grab now while the deals are hot:

🧴 Household staples (paper goods, cleaning supplies)

🍪 Pantry items (shelf-stable foods, snacks)

💄 Personal care products (shampoo, laundry detergent, soap, toothpaste)

🎁 A Special Offer Just for You!

💥 My course, The Frum Minimalist Home Reset, is on a huge sale right now!

💥 No time now to watch the full course and apply it? No problem! Grab it now while it’s on sale and watch after Pesach when you have more time!

🎟️ Meanwhile, enjoy the FREE bonus class: “Pesach Clean in a Day” (usually $57!)

🧼 In this jam-packed bonus, I break down step-by-step how to clean your home quickly and efficiently, complete with:

✔️ Handouts

✔️ Checklists

✔️ Printables

It’s packed with value, and I know it’ll help you take your minimalist home to the next level! ✨

Can’t wait to hear from you! Hit reply and tell me:

What’s the best deal you ever got on something you actually needed?!

Warmly, Ellie
