Hi Friends!

Important announcements before today’s HOCK💛

1. Price Update, Please Read

The price of Frum Minimalism is going up after this round.

UNTIL February  is the last opportunity to join at the current price.

So please read the email below carefully.

It explains:

  • why this program exists

  • why this round is different

  • and why now is the perfect time to do it

The full story is below.

2. Please don’t make me sad!

For years now, I’ve been telling women:

Life can be easier.

Your home doesn’t have to feel this hard.

There is another way.

And I keep saying it.

And saying it.

And saying it again.

Let me tell you a story from this week.

There’s one woman, and this is not an isolated case, this happens all the time,

but this is the most recent one.

For three years, she followed along.

She read my free content.

She listened to my advice.

She emailed me questions.

She messaged me.

And I tried to help her as much as I could, truly.

Two weeks ago, she finally joined the course.

A few days later, she called me crying.

She was crying because she couldn’t believe what took her so long.

She said,

“Ellie… why didn’t I do this earlier?”

And of course, I couldn’t say what I wanted to say, which was:

“I’ve been telling you to join!”

But I have been telling her, and all of you.

Not because I want you to buy something.

But because I see, over and over again, how much easier life becomes when you finally get rid of the stuff.

And I want that for you so, so badly.

I feel like walking down the street hugging every Frum woman I see and saying:

“Did you know your life could be easy?

You don’t have to live with this overwhelm.

You don’t have to live with all this extra stuff.”

NOW, pre-story story time 😅 before the real deal HOCK

Just yesterday, I had a very hectic day.

I was teaching, giving a class, running around, had a daughter’s school event, and was out of the house for hours.

I put a message in my building chat that I was desperate for cleaning help.

I was looking for two cleaners for a couple of hours.

No one was available.

I knew it was a long shot, it’s Thursday. Who would be available?

I felt that stress creeping in.

Then I looked at the clock and realized I had about 20 minutes before I had to leave.

Friends, I want you to understand, the house was flying.

I even sent WhatsApp pictures to cleaners so they could see how desperate I was.(I told you, desperation makes us do funny things.)

So I said to myself:

“Let’s see how much I can get done.”

Now remember, I am the Frum Minimalist Ellie.

The woman who tells everyone that if your home is decluttered, it should never take more than 20 minutes to pull together, even at its worst.

This is my goal for you once you complete my course.

Well well well… what do we know.

Within 20 minutes, everything was back in place.

The house felt calm.

I wouldn’t even have believed myself, and I don’t think anyone else would either, but my husband, mother-in-law, and father-in-law were all there and saw how quickly it came together.

Ask them if you don’t believe me.

I even sent the “after” pictures to two cleaners I know, because they had felt bad for me when they saw the messy pictures.

Now do you know why it only took me 20 minutes, even though it was so flying?

Not because I have magic powers.

But because I had already done the work earlier.

This is for NORMAL HOMES

I’m not talking about hoarding.

I’m not talking about extreme situations.

I’m talking about normal women.

Smart women.

Capable women.

Women who say:

  • “No matter what I do, it’s still not working.”

  • “My house just feels hard.”

  • “I’m always behind.”

If that’s you, there is an easier way.

I wish I could give this gift to every woman.

I really do.

And that’s why I keep saying:

Come join me.

Do this with us.

I don’t want you to be the one calling me in three years crying,

“Why did I wait so long?”

One more thing I want to say, about this email

I know what I could do.

I could do what a lot of content creators do —break this into tiny pieces

,send you a little bit every day for weeks,

and slowly drip it into your inbox.

But honestly?

I don’t enjoy receiving emails like that.

It feels like clutter.

And Frum Minimalism is about doing the opposite of that.

I think of my emails more like a newsletter.

Something you read with a cup of coffee.

Maybe something yummy on the side.

Something you sit with, absorb, and really think about.

So instead of sending you 23 short emails that interrupt your day and your inbox

,I’d rather send you one meaningful, juicy one.

I want you to read it, internalize it, and decide whether this is something you want for yourself.

AND FINALLY!!!

So settle in, friends!because I want to tell you the story of Frum Minimalism and what’s changing right now.

Story time, how Frum Minimalism actually began

Let me take you back many years.

I wrote an article (without my name on it) for Ami magazine about how I got rid of close to 80% of my stuff, and how it now takes me less than a day to Pesach clean.

Yes. Really.

And yes, it could be that way for you too.

I shared exactly what I did, and how freeing it felt.

The response was unbelievable.

One woman tracked me down and said,

“I read your article. Me and my friends are coming to you. You need to teach us this.”

And I remember thinking,

“Teach this?? I don’t have anything to teach. I literally wrote everything in the article.”

But she said,

“No. We want to learn this hands-on, step by step, from you.”

So she gathered a group of friends, and I gave a one-off class.

I didn’t have a program.

I didn’t have a plan.

I just had my home, my experience, and my simple three-step method that worked.

They loved it.

They loved the fun, easy way I broke things down.

They loved the way I talked about clutter.

They loved how doable it felt.

And BH, I loved it too.

They insisted I turn this into a full course.

That one class became what you now know as the Frum Minimalism Home Reset.

What it looked like for years

For years, I taught this course live, right in my home.

Every couple of weeks, about 10–12 women would come, and women from all over the world joined live on Zoom.

We went through our homes together.

Each week:

  • homework

  • before pictures

  • after pictures

But what surprised me most wasn’t what happened to their closets.

It was what happened to their lives.

I get messages like this constantly:

“My marriage feels deeper and calmer than it ever was before.”

“I’m more patient with my kids.”

“My kids actually started helping in the house, without me begging.”

“I don’t feel overwhelmed all the time anymore.”

“I learned more spiritually from your course this year than all the classes and shiurim I took.”

“I started davening, actually opening a siddur and talking to Hashem. I’m crying telling you this.

I finally have the capacity to connect because I’m not overwhelmed with my stuff.”

“I thought I was signing up to get rid of stuff.

I didn’t realize I was signing up to get my life back.”

Why decluttering is the first step to your best life

As soon as you get rid of your things, your best life starts.

Not because your house looks nice.

But because stuff blocks everything.

It blocks:

  • your ability to parent calmly

  • your ability to connect to your husband

  • your ability to relax

  • your ability to ask your kids for help

I’m not talking about hoarding.

I’m not talking about extreme situations.

I’m talking about normal women with normal homes.

I wasn’t messy.

I wasn’t out of control.

I read the books.

I did the challenges.

I organized again and again and again.

Nothing worked, until I stopped organizing and started decluttering properly.

Organizing is not the solution.

Decluttering is.

Decluttering isn’t the end goal.

It’s the stepping stone.

It’s the doorway to:

  • a calmer marriage

  • a more present mother

  • a woman who finally has space for herself

Why it became “evergreen”

As the course grew, I kept hearing:

“I want to do this… but I can’t come when you’re teaching.”

So I turned Frum Minimalism into evergreen.

Evergreen means:

  • you can join anytime

  • watch the videos at your own pace

  • go through it on your own

Even if I was away.

Even if it was Bein Hazmanim.

Even if I had a baby.

For the past two years, that’s how it’s been.

The content works.

The method works.

Women got results.

But I missed something.

That feeling of:

“We’re in this together.”

Support and community matter deeply to me, which is why we always had a WhatsApp chat.

But there’s something completely different about knowing:

“We’re all doing this RIGHT NOW.”

Picture me standing next to you with a megaphone:

“Hey friend! I’m Ellie.

I’m your cheerleader.

Get off the couch.

Get to work.

You can do this.

And everyone else is doing it too, so let’s go!!”

What’s happening now

You know I’ve been saying for a while that I’m raising the price.

I kept it on sale for so long because I deeply believe every frum woman should take this course.

This February, Frum Minimalism is becoming a guided group experience again.

Here’s how it works:

  • 5-week journey

  • everyone starts together

  • each week focuses on a different area

  • broken down super easy, step by step

You watch the pre-recorded videos on your own time during the week.

But we’re all in the same week together.

That means:

  • shared momentum

  • weekly homework

  • cheering each other on

  • celebrating wins

  • very active WhatsApp and Google Chat

This Pesach, let it be an EASY one.

Pesach cleaning isn’t hard because Pesach is hard.

Pesach cleaning is hard because we have too much stuff.

When you declutter first:

  • cleaning takes a fraction of the time

  • organizing becomes unnecessary

That’s why now, before Pesach is the perfect time.

About the price (important)

This course has always been officially priced much higher ($697).

I kept it at $297 for a very long time because I genuinely wanted every frum woman who needed to think "this is a no-brainer!".

This February group is the last opportunity to join Frum Minimalism at this price.

I really hope you take this opportunity and join us.

More very soon!

Warmly, Ellie
