Ingredients:
Medium-sized onions (2)
Garlic cloves (4)
Chop meat (500g)
Ketchup (5 tablespoons)
Brown sugar (2 tablespoons)
Chinese soy sauce (2 tablespoons)
Sriracha sauce (1 tablespoon)
One egg
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Salt
Black pepper
Instructions:
Prepare the Aromatics: Begin by frying two medium-sized onions and four cloves of garlic until they become translucent. This forms the aromatic base for our flavorful chop meat.
Chop Meat Mix: While the aromatics are sizzling, take half a kilogram of chop meat and combine it with ketchup, brown sugar, Chinese soy sauce, Sriracha sauce, one egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
Combine and Cook: Once the onions are translucent, add the well-mixed chop meat to the pan. Be cautious not to overcook, as the goal is to maintain the juiciness and flavor of the meat.
