Lose Weight and Declutter: What's the Connection?

Yes, yes, I know, the title is Clickbait, but it is definitely not misleading! 😉

I'm gonna share with you How clutter affects your stress, mood, weight, and eating habits and it will likely BLOW YOUR MIND!

So, without further ado, let's talk about my favorite topic! drumroll, please!!đŸ„ – clutter!

All that stuff lurking in the corners of our homes has a massive impact on our lives. From stress levels and mood swings to eating habits and even our sizes and mental health, clutter plays a really big role.

đŸ§č Clutter and stress: When you walk into a room that’s cluttered with piles of laundry, papers, dishes, and random knickknacks, how does it make you feel? Overwhelmed? Clutter literally affects our mood swings.

Living in a cluttered environment can leave us feeling irritable, agitated, and downright cranky.

It’s like having a weight on our shoulders, dragging us down and making us snappy.

🍔 Clutter and weight, eating habits: Isn’t this crazy? Did you know that clutter can actually sabotage your weight loss efforts? It’s true! There's a direct link between clutter and weight gain! Living in a cluttered environment often leads to mindless eating and unhealthy food choices. It’s a vicious cycle. Clutter stresses us out, so we reach for comfort food, which only adds to the clutter and stress. How crazy is that?

Storytime!

Let me share a story with you about one of my students. She took my course and organically lost 47 pounds, going from 180 pounds down to 133 pounds without changing anything in her diet! It’s true – clutter really affects our weight!

And I've got lots more stories from my awesome students who have shared how they’ve dropped their extra weight just organically because they’ve decluttered.

Results may vary, and this is no guarantee, but if declutter significantly, or better yet, take my course, you might very well lose that weight!

When we clear out our physical clutter, we create mental space for clarity, calmness, and happiness. It’s like a weight that’s been lifted off our shoulders, literally and figuratively.

So, are you ready to join the movement? Let me know what you’re ready to get rid of!

Ellie
